**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 4 people. This service will be supporting people with bipolar, anxiety and risks of falls, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. We are looking for support workers who are looking for a challenge within their next role.
The people we support in this service, enjoy a variety of different things & will always try something once. they like to keep a clean and tidy home
Typical shift patterns at this service is usually anything from 8am - 10pm & also a sleep shift 10pm-8am. There is always 2-3 staff members on shift at any time, allowing the people supported to have 1:1 time.
This is a female only service.
Staff who would be suitable for this service are those who have a calming nature, friendly and who are motivated and proactive. To meet the needs of the people we support staff must be able to keep up with the fast pace and the busy environment.
