This is an ideal opportunity for a distinguished Mechanical Project Manager with a previous track record of successfully delivering residential projects at ahigh level. Our client have built a sterling reputation across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and beyond.
**Ideal skills and qualifications also include**:

- Previous residential mechanical management experience is preferred.
- First aid qualified.
- Ambitious and hands-on approach to projects.
- Longevity within previous positions.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from £250.000-£2.5million.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing & heating.

**The duties for this position will include**:

- General site management.
- Completion of contracts - Handover.
- Variations - Ensuring that these works are highlighted to the office.
- Ordering stock and materials.
- Maintaining a WIP tracker - Stock and work in progress figures must be produced at the end of the month by the contracts team. It will be your duty to assist the office management with the required information to allow these figures to be submitted.
- Labour budget management.
- Supervision of quality.
- Quality assurance.
- Resolution of on sites issues.
