**WHAT TO EXPECT**

JLR is adopting Agile to enable us to create the world’s most desirable luxury vehicles and services for the most discerning of customers and you have a chance to be a part of realising that vision by working in Electrification Services who own the Customer Charging Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and lead teams in adopting Agile mindset and scaled Agile theory ways of working within the business. You’ll be working closely with our cross-functional teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how JLR builds vehicles & operates services, together.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, Support and train the team in the Transformation to Agile and Scrum adoption and also the wider project and business,
- Identify the best solution for efficient project delivery using appropriate agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently,
- Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality
- Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Play a key role in team culture and spirit, influencing the teams to remain motivated and deliver work in an optimal and efficient way within the complex nature of the project, including Techniques, Processes and Tools, remaining focused on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- End to end involvement, supporting, facilitating and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the Product lifecycle, interacting with teams both within and outside the Agile Framework and driving optimal collaboration.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Experience and extended knowledge in adopting Agile mindset and Scaled Scrum methodology,
- Be confident to facilitate, educate, train, influence and lead individuals and teams, at all levels in the business, towards the effective and timely adoption of Agility across the enterprise
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills along with stakeholder management; able to build and creativity, responding constructively to new and different ideas and inputs, ability to keep the team motivated, not being afraid to fail and delivering value.
- Leading experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
