The purpose of the role is to operate as the lead scrum master for the Customer Experience CoE, driving success of the CoE through: continuous improvement, growing capability acting as a servant leader and ensuring groups in the domain adhere to agile practices.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Facilitates product increment (PI) planning through the QBR fortnight - coordinates all key events, ensures appropriate stakeholder representation, and information development/collation/cascade in order to secure QBR Sign off
- Facilities the removal of impediments escalated by Groups to the Domain
- Helps the Domain improve over time to reach high performance, driving quality through 'how' work is done, supported by ownership of capability roadmap and use of standardised tools/methods
- Builds key relationships with other domains and functions
- Protects the Domain from unrealistic expectations, using QBR planning processes to support
- Coaching the Domain leadership on becoming cross functional
- Co-ordinates interdependencies between domains to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Coaches the Domain PO on their responsibilities such as maintaining a healthy backlog, clearly cascading information to all squads in the domain, facilitating stakeholder engagement as needed to assist the PO, alignment on priorities are understood by all squads in the Domain.
- Articulating the vision for the Domain and supports with creating & maintaining the associated product delivery roadmap
- Encourage growth mindset within chapters, gathering lessons learnt, developing growth plans with individuals, mentoring, encouraging continuous performance discussions and providing pastoral line manager support
- Works closely with all chapter leads on resource forecasting for own chapter and sharing of domain priorities
- Work as a partner with Product Owners to minimise attrition of chapter members
- Working on high complexity global products - ranging from performance optimisation to transformational products

- Strong leadership skills and ability to build an outstanding team
- Strong understanding of agile practices and ability to ensure adherence to this, balanced with level of pragmatism on what's feasible
- Previously worked in an agile mindset and behaviours, advocating and influencing a continued learning culture and development
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Qualified scrum master
- Experience of building and managing a successful, engaged team
- Strong knowledge and experience with line management through both coaching and mentoring techniques
