**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The Motion Domain are responsible for all things concerning the movement of our vehicles - from how they feel to drive to how they feel to be autonomously driven within, delivering Vehicle Dynamics and Off-Road Capability alongside Lateral, Longitudinal and Vertical Control Systems and Software, and Brakes, Suspension, Steering, Axle and Wheel and Tyre Commodities.

In the role of Domain Scrum Master / Agile Coach you will enable the Motion Leadership team to efficiently deliver within a Scaled Agile framework, working alongside 20-30 Squad and Group Scrum Masters to ensure that they understand and follow agreed Agile processes, swiftly removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting their goals. To do this successfully they will need excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with others across the business, escalating and resolving blockers with urgency and tenacity.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Owning Agile processes, methods and tools across the Motion Domain, ensuring these are as standardised as possible and as diverse as necessary to enable a Scaled Agile approach across the Domain.
- Removing domain-level roadblocks and inefficiencies - helping the team stay focused on the tasks that need to be done during each ABR and QBR period. The Scrum Master looks for distractions and roadblocks that can impede progress and tackles them with urgency.
- Leading and facilitating the regular key QBR and ABR ceremonies (e.g. QBR retrospectives, QBR/ABR Memo preparation, QBR/ABR markets).
- Working with the Scrum teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement - adapting, refining and improving processes where it makes sense to do so.
- Ensuring that team members understand their role, take ownership for their deliverables and understand Agile processes, always aiming for the team to become self-managed.
- Networking with other Domain Scrum Masters, looking for best practice to bring into the team.
- Coaching team members. Working with other Agile Coaches to truly embed the Agile processes.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Prior experience working in a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, ideally within Automotive Engineering.
- Qualified Experience of Agile at Scale (e.g. Leading SAFe)
- Prior experience of working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence (including customisation to provide data views / dashboards needed by the team) to efficiently manage team backlog and delivery
