Office Administrator

**EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED**
**Role**
This role is varied and requires someone who is organised and accommodating as they will be dealing with multiple requests daily on top of their daily tasks.
We will be looking for someone who has experience of supervising staff.

**Duties**
Duties to include:
- Managing Workload through a system we call jobLogic
- Open, scan and distribute mail If needed,
- Recording and sending mail
- Collating and distributing information or material
- Represent Pulse electrix ltd in a professional and friendly manner.
- Printing and photocopying
- Daily banking
- Processing end of month wages.
- Request information from clients if we have been CIS deducted ensuring we have all our documents updated for bookkeeping purposes.
- Health and safety tool box team talks distributed to teams to ensure they have read and fully understood whats needed. (Be done monthly)
- Raising invoices and quotations
- Database update
- Chasing invoices once they have gone over the deadline.
- We are currently on all social media, requesting reviews from customers we have done works for.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven administrative experience in a professional firm.**
- The ability to work with modern cloud-based IT systems.
- Excellent telephone manner and will happily call clients.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent diary management
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Teams (ideally)
**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
