Office Administrator/receptionist

I am recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client in Wolverhampton, WV5 area.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year administration experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Computer literate
- Experience using SAP / Coupa
- Warm and friendly manner
**Duties**:
- Reception Duties - to include:
- Greeting visitors and inform host of their arrival.
- Answer incoming calls and manage in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records for various areas within the Plant
- Create purchase orders via SAP and Coupa
- Filing, some of which will include checking for accuracy for audit purposes
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Design and display colleague notices and posters as and when required.
- Any other administrative duties as required.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 4:00PM
