We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre in our Customer Service Department at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).

**What you’ll do**

At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Customer Service Representative you too will play an integral part in what we do.

Our International Head office is based in Kings Hill, Kent where you will be 100% office based for training and after 20 weeks you will be based part of your time in the office and part of your time working from home.

As our Customer Service Representative you will:

- Correspond with customers via telephone and in writing
- Speak to new and existing customers in a supportive manner
- Process donation requests
- Set up new accounts and Direct Debits
- Answer enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers

**Who you’ll be**

This role is for you if you have experience of working in a customer contact centre before or a customer facing role and are looking for a new opportunity or you have finished education and are looking for your first role.

We are looking for:

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player
- Able to work well under pressure
- Used to working to deadlines
- Confident taking ownership
- MS Office and Outlook experience
