Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Kingshill store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working across various departments to ensure the efficient running of our store, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
About the Role
This is a part-time role, working fixed-term hours. The shift pattern includes nights, and the ideal candidate should be flexible with their work schedule. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work across multiple departments to support the efficient running of the store, including serving customers, replenishing products, and managing stock levels
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by promoting products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business results
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
