Indevor Group are a UK Leading Construction Support Business. We support the end to end development of Construction projects across the UK Housebuilding Industry.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand clients' needs and goals, and provide strategic guidance and solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Pro Active development and growth of your own Client Portfolio

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Sales skills: Experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software: Ability to navigate CRM systems to manage client information, track activities, and generate reports
