This is a hybrid role with up to 2 days per week working from our office in Leeds.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain agency data base for group and distribute monthly to team
- Update and manage broker fees and remuneration information through administration of the annual survey or other means as agreed, keeping accurate records and evidence of the same
- To ensure the onboarding process documents the additional checks/process required where the broker is an Appointed Representative
- To consider the TOBA and its appropriateness for distribution via Brokers that are Principal Firms with Appointed Representative
- Assist with general administrative tasks, to include issuing of routine documents, meeting minute-taking, producing and formatting reports, photocopying, document scanning, and the production of other documents as required by colleagues
- Assist with other related duties within the business as and when required

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience of working in an office-based environment, ideally with a background in insurance
- Appreciation and understanding of basic insurance principles
- Numerate with good analytical skills
- An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word
- Good communicator with ability to communicate at a senior level
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to deliver within prescribed timescales
- Ability to work both as part of a team or under own initiative
- Ability to perform repetitive work, whilst maintaining motivation
- Ability to identify improvement activity
- Punctual and reliable with a task-focused approach
- Good telephone manner, smart appearance
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
