**Office Administrator / Manager**

We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (1-2 days) at our Leeds office.

Your role will primarily be split between office management and staffing responsibilities, with the scope to also take on financial tasks if you have experience here, for example dealing with invoicing, expenses, supplier payments and Xero data input.

Tasks include monitoring and ordering supplies, managing and coordinating building maintenance, managing and briefing of cleaners/gardeners/window cleaners and tenancy liaison. You will report on building matters, handle phone contracts, insurance policies, as well as health and safety policies (fire alarms / fire extinguishers).

Staffing tasks include staff holiday recording, monitoring staff sickness, salary amendments, client / team seasonal events coordination, employee handbook updates, payroll liaison, pension updates where applicable and Vitality healthcare subscription and additions.

In order to be considered for this role, you should be based in Leeds or within a commutable distance to the office, have an excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You should also have the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
