About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant/customer Service to join our team at Grafton Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, carrying out daily cash handling procedures, and supporting the Branch team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Cash Handling: You will have experience in handling cash and basic accounting procedures.
  • HR Administration: You will have knowledge of HR procedures and be able to update records accurately.
