Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Assistant/customer Service to join our team at Grafton Group. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, carry out daily cash and banking procedures, update colleague payroll reconciliation and HR records, and support the Branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: You will work as part of a team providing excellent customer service wherever there is interaction with one of our customers.
  • Cash Handling: Carrying out daily cash and banking procedures, including managing petty cash and making bank deposits.
  • HR Administration: Updating colleague payroll reconciliation and HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Team Support: Supporting the Branch team in their day-to-day activities and tasks.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
