About the Role:

We are seeking a strong, experienced full-time Customer Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is an important part of our operations team with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide solutions to customers and hosts and other partner inquiries relating to our products in a timely manner.
  2. Support customers and respond to inquiries through multiple channels including chat and email, in line with company standards for communication.
  3. Assist our community of hosts and other partners with any questions or requests pertaining to our platform, upcoming experiences, tools, and communication.

This role requires 4+ years of experience in a customer service role. You should be able to work efficiently and distraction-free in a home office environment. Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel is required, as well as experience working with a CRM.

Hours and Compensation:

The hours for this role are from 6am PST-3pm PST. We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
