**Vibe Recruit **are currently looking for an experienced customer service administrator to help assist our client based in St Melons, Cardiff.
- Organised and efficient.

- Strong organisational skills.
- Time management.

**Working Hours
- Monday to Friday**

**EARLY FINISH ON A FRIDAY**

Within this role you will be expected to be responsible for a variety of tasks and duties.
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of estimating spreadsheets and records.
- Review projects to compare information from different clients and maintain folders.
- Supporting the Estimating team and Sales Office Manager.
- Communicate with customers for missing/required information.
- Checking DFAs against the quote, prior to processing the order.
- Order input.
- Contract Review
- Quote follow-ups by phone.
- Provide cross-cover for the Commercial department.
