Learning Support Assistant

Milk Education are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a Primary School and provide practical support in the classroom to students with a range of barriers.
You will assist in the promotion of high standards of behaviour and conduct within the school and to provide support for pupils in all aspects of learning, personal development and emotional literacy.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to communicate warmly, confidently and professionally with pupils, staff and parents
- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults in the last 2 years
- Awareness of and compliance with policies and procedures relating to Child Protection, Health, Safety & Security, Confidentiality and Data Protection.
