We are working with a well-established healthcare company who are looking for a new addition to their HR team in Oldbury. They specialise in delivering 24 hour quality care to both people living in their own homes and those living within the companies residential and supported living facilities.
**About the role**:
- Operating hours are Monday to Friday; 9:00 - 17:00 (part time hours will be considered)
- Salary: £22,300
- Location: Oldbury - In person
The role will involve assisting in the daily operations of HR duties and ensuring Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy is always followed.
**HR Administrator duties**:
- Accurately maintaining and updating employee records
- Co-ordinating and delivering training
- Delivering onboarding and employee life cycle
- Compilation and updating of employee records
- Coordinating employee surveys
- Communicating with public services when necessary
- Assisting in payroll preparations.
The ideal HR administrator will have some HR experience, ideally 12 months+ or have a CIPD qualification, a keen interest in a HR career coupled with administration experience and excellent IT skills.
