**This is the job**:
Joining the team as our HR Systems Administrator, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of our HR systems including MyHR, MyLearning, MyPerformance, PeopleDoc & TalentLink.

This is a systems focused role which will support the general administration of our HR systems, including supporting and resolving end user queries, management of our centralised mailboxes, change testing, maintenance of our user guides and supporting various reporting requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focused and who has a passion for systems and driving change and improvements.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Providing great customer service to all users by monitoring and managing the central inbox and dealing with phone/teams/face to face resolve system-based queries.
- Supporting with testing as part of Change/Technical activities.
- Administer & support across all of our HR systems including but not limited to; running reports, managing, and resolving user queries, supporting with upgrades and the testing that is required as a result, user management in addition to BAU activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure they are represented and kept informed on queries / changes.
- Support with knowledge sharing / upskill of the wider HR Shared Services / HR teams on key system processes / functionality.
- Supporting reporting requirements and analysing MI.
- Ensure all user guide/scripts are kept up to date in line with quarterly releases, amending when necessary and uploading them to the Hub.
- Identify improvements to processes and working practices that provide business benefit and be an advocate for our HR systems landscape.
- Own, identify, research, and resolve technical queries for all users.
- Effectively prioritise, plan and project manage workload in line with business requirements.
- Identify & support technical issues with systems & software.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure security and integrity of systems and networks.

**Capability, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Excellent communication skills - phone, face to face and written
- Enjoys learning new / complex systems and using them to solve problems
- Customer focus and strong attention to detail
- Confident to challenge the status quo and improve processes and customer experience
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Ability to work with colleagues at all levels within the business from entry level to senior
- management
