Foundation 92 (‘F92’) is the official charity of Salford City FC and The Class of 92. Working throughout the Greater Manchester community, F92 is proud to deliver a wide and diverse range of high quality, high impact, sustainable health improvement, education, physical education and inclusion provision, which enables members of the community to lead healthy, positive and progressive lifestyles.

As a result of the recent growth of F92, the charity is looking to is looking to appoint a dedicated, committed and experienced Business Support Coordinator, who will become an integral part of the F92 ensuring that effective HR, IT, communications, and administrative and office function systems are in place and operating effectively.

The Business Support Coordinator will manage the day-to-day running of the charities head office, ensuring that employees have the necessary resources available to them to achieve set objectives, alongside effectively and efficiently managing all head office functions on behalf of F92s Senior Management Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities of the post holder are as follows;
Provide HR support for the recruitment, induction, and employment of staff. Drawing on the assistance of an internal and external HR resources, continual development and monitoring of company HR policy and procedure documents and support the induction process for the appointment of new staff ensuring new employees have all the necessary information and equipment available.

Be a single point of contact for all F92 employees, providing on the ground support regarding operational challenges faced by the organisation, helping come to suitable, positive resolutions which support the smooth running of the charities daily operations.

Take direct responsibility for the onboarding of all F92 employees, ensuring F92s onboarding process is informative, relevant and accurate.

Provide direct support to F92s Management and Coordination team around business critical functions such as; HR, Recruitment, Staff Absence, Sickness management and payroll.

Support the effective delivery of F92s Staff Incentive and Wellbeing programme, ensuring all F92 staff are able to access relevant incentive schemes applicable to their role, in a seamless manner.

Support F92s’ Management team with daily business activities including, raising invoices, managing debtors and providing monthly financial activity reports for the Senior Management team.

Efficiently and effectively manage Foundation 92’s CRM system, ensuring that all data held by the charity is up to date and relevant. To ensure this takes place, the post holder will need to be required to liaise with the whole F92 delivery team, creating and where applicable enforcing an effective data collection process.

Responsibilities for day-to-day office management, procure office supplies, ‘meet and greet’ visitors, oversight of the office environment (i.e. clean and tidy) and manage the daily post and deliveries.

Support the effective management of F92s Senior Management Teams diaries, ensuring that partner and customer contact time is effectively managed.

Support the F92 media team with the administration and updating of the website and ensuring the production of printed and online material is consistent and of a high standard (proof reading).

Support and assist with the delivery of F92 events including but not limited to fundraising and gala dinners.

Ensure that F92 is GDPR compliant and give guidance and support to staff in GDPR issues.

**Personal attributes**

The post holders will have:

- Educated in relevant disciplines and/or possesses relevant qualifications or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Previous work in administration and supporting the running of a busy office environment.
- Experienced in supporting employees with company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of I.T. and, in particular, management of software packages including Salesforce.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on your own.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Experience in successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
- Extensive experience and understanding around the ongoing impact and data capture of provision within the community, ensuring all programme and service user outcomes are celebrated.
- The ability to work towards and achieve targets set both internally by Foundation 92 and external partners.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and drive change.
