Our established client based in the heart of Brighton, are looking for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their customer service team.
**The Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator**
- Admin tasks

- Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Values and guidelines and other relevant standards/ regulations at all times
- Explain technical information in an easy to understand way.

**The Successful Customer Service Administrator will**
- Experience of using customer service handling techniques to deliver excellent customer service - no banking or financial experience is necessary.
- Strong communication skills in questioning, probing, and extracting information.
- Ability to be genuine and empathetic with customers and demonstrate a desire to help and support.
- Work well under pressure
- Work well in a team and solely
