Our apprenticeships are a fantastic place to begin your career in your chosen discipline. As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership.

Depending on your apprenticeship, you will attend college/university on a block or day release basis.

Qualifications & Experience
Level 4 Facilities Management
Working across different sectors you will join an expert team advising some of the largest clients in the built environment sector. The post holder will join the Arcadis Facilities Management Consultancy team, the largest in the UK. We deliver strategic FM property advice to a broad spectrum of clients across the public and private sectors, in the form of strategic portfolio mapping, benchmarking, procurement technical advice, asset management delivery modelling etc.
This programme will see you obtain a Facilities Management - Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship and receive membership of IWFM at Affiliate grade with Capital City College Training
- This is a 2 - 2.5-year programme
- Minimum requirements - you will need 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at level 4 - 9 (Previously A-C) or equivalent PLUS 3 A levels at A-C
- You will:
- Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK
- 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts
- Be able to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be Innovative
- Be resilient and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Be analytical with good sense for numbers and digital skills
