Location: Regents Park and Whipsnade

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

In addition to working in this rewarding environment youll contribute to exciting projects and play a key role in developing new practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice youll have a variety of learning opportunities including:

  • Assisting the Facilities Team in daily operations.
  • Conducting inspections of buildings equipment and grounds.
  • Coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
  • Implementing and upholding health and safety protocols.
  • Learning the principles of people and team management.
  • Assisting in budget management for facilities operations.
  • Managing service contracts and liaising with external providers.
  • Monitoring contractor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Driving process improvements.
  • Rotating through departments including time with the Senior Account Manager Helpdesk Compliance and Technical teams.
