Social Media Content Creator

Are you a looking for your first step into content creation? Are you passionate about the food and the QSR industry? We’re seeking a social media content creator to join our dynamic team, working across three unique brands.

In this role you’ll be responsible for idea generation, delivering engaging content in line with current trends and increasing engagement across our social channels.
- Responsible for creating captivating, engaging content for distribution across Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook reels.
- Be the lead on all video and photography - from planning and executing successful shoots to help drive sales and marketing.
- Work closely with the Event Marketing Manager to plan and develop a strategy for content generation at events.
- Monitor trends to be able to provide insights on how to improve content and engagement.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing by contributing creative ideas to help develop our social media strategy.
- Management of all creative assets, ensuring they are securely stored and easily accessible.
- Enhance the company’s social media presence and report back on performance and engagement numbers.
- Collaborate with teams across these brands, to identify areas where content could be improved or any missed opportunities.
- Support the Head of Marketing in any other duties, as appropriate.

What we need from you:

- Proficient in using social media platforms, (Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok).
- Strong understanding of current trends, best practices, and innovations in social media and content creation.
- Passion for food content creation and an understanding of how to photograph food.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling and on-brand content tailored for different platforms and target audiences.
- Understanding of analytics tools to monitor and analyse social media performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and events teams.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry developments and new product launches.
- Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, journalism, photography or a food industry related field is a plus.
- A full U/K drivers license
- A willingness to travel across the U.K - 2 Days a week
