**£30,000 to £35,000 per annum - dependent upon experience gained in a similar role**

Are you someone with a natural flair for words who can create anything from a multi-page explainer guide to a targeted landing page, a blog post, or a simple, snappy social post?

We are delighted to recruit a brand-new Content & Social Media Executive to join our excellent in-house marketing team. This newly created role will predominantly focus on writing engaging content for our internal communications, uniforms division and event linen hire service. We seek a skilled and imaginative writer who can explain the benefits of our products and services simply and engagingly.

It is an exciting opportunity to develop all marketing mix elements and help create winning content that will set us apart from the competition. We have big plans to grow and diversify our revenues, with this role being vital in helping us do just that.

The role would suit a motivated and commercially minded marketing professional. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, we require someone to work with and influence internal and external stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities of the role will include;
- Suggesting new ideas for internal communications and content relevant to our target audience
- Researching, creating, preparing and finalising copy and content
- Writing and managing the creation of content pieces relevant to our target audiences
- Assisting in the creation of many different forms of content across internal communications, brochures, product information, webpages, articles, reports, guides, blogs, case studies, social media, advertising, newsletters and other written communications
- Developing relationships and collaborating with our customers to source photography and video that can be used across the website, social media and blog posts for the mutual benefit of all parties
- Writing internal commmucunications by leiasing with different departments and colleagues across the business
- Writing website copy that helps Search Engine Optimisation efforts and improves keyword positions
- Managing the company’s social media channels and scheduling regular posts
- Creation of internal communications and newsletters
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Ensuring all communication materials are in line with brand guidelines.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in a content writing role with a focus on internal communications as well as social media;
- A qualification in communication, journalism, marketing or a related field;
- Excellent communication skills are essential;
- A high standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills (including Microsoft Office);
- Experience in using content management systems and marketing automation tools will be beneficial;

You will also need proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
