We want Clipper to become a true challenger of the tea & infusions market globally and drive Clippers FAME to the next level so everyone knows about our brilliant Tea & Infusions.

We are therefore on an exciting new mission to start building our in house creative ability from scratch and on the hunt for a brilliant and talented mid-weight creative designer / copy writer who has experience in delivering stand out creative for top tier brands.

You will need to help define and shape the role from day 1 and will work hand in hand with global and local marketing teams as well as our 2 in house local social teams (UK & Germany) to develop top notch creative work and deliver a step change in our social content and delivery.

Our successful candidate will be required to be hands on in craft and creation in a fast-paced environment to develop some of the best-in-class creative comms in all the land (of tea)

You will have creative responsibility ensuring all solutions are realized and delivered to the highest quality of creative standards, by inspiring teams, partnering with senior stakeholders and being enthusiastic, interested in culture and a team player.

Creative Conceptualization: Develop and execute innovative visual concepts across various media channels, including digital, social, print, OOH and video. Stand Out Copy Writing Create standout bold and disruptive copy that is playful and delivers on brand TOV Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing initiatives + animation ability desirable. Collaboration: Work closely with global and local marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions. Inspire Connect the outside world with our internal teams and inspire creativity across the business bringing a strong creative and growth mindset to the team Internal Stakeholder Management: Have the ability to present your ideas clearly and bring them to life visually to internal stakeholders, articulating the vision and rationale behind your work. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, content creation, and social media. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Creative Vision: Exceptional conceptual skills, with the ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries. Outstanding creative judgement. You'll have a natural eye for making things look and sound amazing, and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed Versatility: Comfortable working across various mediums and channels, from traditional print to digital and social + animation skills desirable Start-up mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and not afraid to make the role your own. A curious and creative mind. You're someone who challenges (in a nice way) and is always trying to get to the heart of the consumer and challenges we need to solve.  Skills: Strong proficiency in Creative design tools i.e. Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), ideally with a solid understanding of video editing, animation and motion graphics tools. The ability to scamp ideas to help sell in ideas and explain rationale both internally & externally. Social Media Expertise: Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content strategies tailored to each. Communication: Top notch communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with everyone you work with. As well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas to internal teams Presentation Skills A great presentation style. You'll know how to convincingly sell in ideas and concepts to various stakeholders and across different markets Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles. Problem-Solving: Plenty of experience working on complex creative challenges and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and solve creative challenges efficiently Portfolio of previous work & campaigns (Applications without portfolio will not be considered) and experience working with top-tier brands across various industries.
