Tiktok and Influencer Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creating mobile-first and lo-fi content, in line with brand strategies
- Writing social copy in a style that embodies each brand and their tone of voice
- Working creatively with brand teams and the Social Media Manager to form content ideas based on current trends and channel algorithms
- Scheduling, publishing and monitoring content across TikTok for a number of brands
- Interacting with consumers, influencers and other brands across a range of social media platforms
- Working with third parties to achieve overall social media marketing goals
- Briefing agencies for hi-res photoshoots
- Sourcing, building relationships with and managing partnerships with influencers
- Benchmarking results against competitor performance and data to stay ahead of the competition
- Remaining consistently up to date on social media trends, including identifying future trends
**Experience and Skills Requirements**:
- Proven record of working across TikTok, creating and adapting content to suit the platform demands
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite and editing software, particularly Photoshop and Premier Pro
- Experience managing influencer partnerships
- Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas
- A pro-active approach to community management
- Understanding of how to utilise data to report on successes and learnings of previous social media activities
