Apply now for the position of Operations Engagement Lead and you will deal with change control opportunities and support new business leads across all ES contracts, working within ES Operations and closely aligned with ES Sales.

Your Role:

* You will be responding to zero value change control requests from the existing Operational ES customers.

* You act as liaison across the sales and finance/commercial teams, Siemens Healthineers and other Siemens companies.

* You are involved in the development and maintenance of relationships with customers (NHS Trusts & consortium partners).

* Preparation of proposal and submission documents; and preparation and delivery of presentations to customers and departments.

* Supporting identification of new opportunities for developing the business within Siemens Healthineers portfolio.

* Responding to change control requests from the existing operational ES sites within the boundaries set

* Development of processes to support continuous improvement and innovative new business opportunities.

Your Expertise:

* The ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the NHS, its operations and key drivers in the market place.

* Demonstrable understanding of the concepts of PFI, MES and innovative service delivery principles.

* Working within a team and having a willingness to proactively contribute to all aspects of the sales cycle and Siemens Healthineers processes.

* Negotiation influencing skills and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to focus on detail with demonstrable analytical skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capability.

* Excellent organisational and presentation skills.

* Assertiveness, tenacity, and a self-starter.

* The ability to engage all members of a diverse team towards a shared objective.

* Experience in bringing a virtual team together and managing third party organisations.
