About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver high-quality care and ensuring residents receive care based on best practice.
  • Managing costs and maintaining budgetary controls by reviewing and monitoring stock.
  • Recruiting and developing staff to meet regulatory requirements and business performance targets.

We are looking for an experienced leader with excellent leadership and management skills to join our team. You will have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT. A DBS Disclosure check will be required.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Avery Healthcare offers a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
