Quality Management Systems Lead

Job Overview:
This is a permanent position with no specific locale specified. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record in managing quality systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop QHSE processes across multiple sites in Hampshire
- Manage and maintain our ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Conduct internal audits, site quality inspections, and champion quality best practice
- Evaluate and analyze suppliers, manage budgets, drive improvements, and review corrective action and non-conformity reporting
- Maintain approximately 20% focus on HSE, including monitoring health and safety risks, promoting QHSE awareness, creating and reviewing risk assessments, and undertaking accident investigations
Requirements:
We require a highly qualified individual with a BSc (2:1) or higher degree in a relevant subject, preferably with previous experience in a similar Quality Management role. Ideal candidates will hold desirable certifications such as NEBOSH, COSHH, NGC, GC3, IOSH, First Aid at Work, Fire Warden, ESD, ISO9001 QMS Internal auditing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
