We are looking for a skilled Break Fix Engineer to join our team at Click Digital in Camberley. This is a Temp to Perm role, providing an opportunity to work with leading IT Service providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on HP, Dell and IBM servers, as well as server provisioning, rack, stack, and configuration. They will be responsible for managing all incoming calls and emails to the data centre support function, ensuring efficient and high-quality technical support and customer service.

The role involves collaborating closely with the support team to ensure seamless operations within the live Data Centre. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours:

  • Early shift: 07:00 to 14:30
  • Late shift: 14:30 to 22:00
  • Weekend shifts: 07:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 07:00
