We are a national landscape company providing a one-stop horticultural solution to businesses across the UK from one of our six regions' local operating branches.
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team and manage all aspects of billing in allocated regions, raise accurate and timely invoices, and assist with management reporting at month end.
Job Description:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Raising accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
- Managing contract billing sheets, processing changes for new contracts, contract amendments, and terminations.
- Checking any new purchase orders to ensure they are accurate and following up if there are any variances to existing contracts.
- Processing job revenue invoicing instructions, maintaining records to ensure timely billing, sending invoices out as per requirements.
- Interacting with CRM system and other internal job management systems.
- Supporting credit control team with any queries in a timely manner.
- Supporting sales team with billing queries with existing clients.
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to resolve queries.
- Carrying out ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years finance experience.
- Strong IT skills.
- Confidence with Excel.
- Experience with Xero or other accounts packages.
- Good written and verbal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading company in the interior and exterior planting sector where progression and development are encouraged.
