This Accounts Administrator position at Rentokil Pest Control South Africa involves managing billing, raising invoices, and interacting with CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero, strong IT skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Raise accurate and timely invoices using the contract billing sheet on a monthly basis.
  2. Manage contract billing sheets, processing changes for new contracts, contract amendments and terminations.
  3. Check new purchase orders to ensure they are accurate and follow up if there are any variances to existing contracts.
  4. Process job revenue invoicing instructions, maintaining records to ensure timely billing, sending invoices out as per requirements.
  5. Interact with CRM systems and other internal job management systems.

The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of R140,000 - R170,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for progression and development.
