We're looking for a talented Customer Service Team Associate to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of stock operations.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum

About the Role:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues alike. Your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.

To succeed as a Customer Service Team Associate, you'll need to be a great communicator, always looking for ways to help others. You'll also need to be friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days.
