Job Description:

At MP Training and Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to young children.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar. They will possess a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both indoor and outdoor areas. You will also promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,600 - £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits include above industry standard salary reviews, discounted childcare, up to 33 days holiday per year, Smart Health access, and development programme access.
