**Job summary**:
- The purpose of this role is to proactively contribute to the work of the whole team and the taking on of varying tasks as required. Provide clerical, administrative and office support to all Acas colleagues, its customers and stakeholders both locally and nationally to deliver an efficient and effective service.**Job description**:
- Administration - Prepare, print and post materials for Acas services as
- Monitor the BST Outlook
- Events Support - Accountable for providing support in the management of training and conciliation Executive Board, Committee and Council meetings that are held in local offices.
- Processing - Accountable for transactions such as purchasing, venue hire, catering orders, room bookings, staff expenses and staff travel, under supervision where
- Purchase Order Documentation - Accountable for the raising of purchase
- Office Supplies - Accountable for sustainable office supply procurement and
- Complaints Support - Accountable for complaints record keeping and
- Health and Safety - Accountable for supporting inspections, building inductions,
- Estates Support - Accountable for supporting Estates team to include Office Move Co-ordination.
- Budget Administration - Accountable for local budget administration and record
- Stakeholder Relationships - Accountable for liaison with local Government Property Agency contacts and other tenants.
- Business Continuity Support - Accountable for record
- Taking of minutes for varying meetings to include those of HR/LJC as and when and if required.
