**Job specific responsibilities**:
- Advertising of Apprenticeship Opportunities on various platforms
- Scanning and saving all documentation relating to the apprenticeship programme
- Register applicants for diagnostic testing
- Diarise interviews for Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant
- Arrange and confirm interviews with employers
- Liaise with apprenticeship and pastoral team to arrange enrolment to the apprenticeship programme
- Provide administrative support for engagement and networking events
**Shared responsibilities**:
- Answering telephone and taking/distributing messages
- Contribute to team KPI’s
- Reception duties - greeting and dealing with visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Increase the profile of Zenith Training
- Contributing information for website, blog, Facebook and Twitter
- Contributing to team meetings
- Keep workplace safe and tidy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
