Compliance Administrator

**About our Business**
With over 30 years' experience within the decontamination industry, we are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our busy team, based at our Head Office in South Shields.
**Compliance Administrator Requirements**
To provide effective and efficient administrative support to ensure the company complies with internal and external policies and regulations. You will work closely with the senior management team across all SMH sites covering Health & Safety, Transport, Licensing and ISO accreditation.
**Duties**
- Undertake all general day to day administrative duties
- Scheduling, planning and managing of periodic works in line with company procedures
- Assist Group Risk Manager with Health & Safety reporting
- Assist with transport compliance, including monitoring of driver hours, tachograph usage, vehicle checks and any related reporting
- Assist with maintaining and developing of compliance procedures specific to the companies asbestos licence
- Assist with the maintaining and developing of compliance procedures specific to the companies ISO accreditation
- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Monitor, maintain and update Company systems to ensure the retrieval of information is simple and effective
