Marshall Hall Levy is a very well regarded and long standing legal practice having been providing high quality legal advice for over 180 years.
We are looking for a well motivated person to join the firm as an Office Administrator and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
They should be able to work alone and with other members of the team. Training will be provided as required.
Main Duties:
- General admin duties involved with the opening and management of files.
- Use of case management system dealing with clients and other professionals queries and organisation of files and diary system.
- Audio typing
- Filing and scanning of post onto case management system
- Answering phones in a multi-line phone system
- Reception cover when required

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm although we are able to discuss flexibility regarding working days or hours.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: From £14,710.48 per year
