Business Administration Apprentice

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Assist with office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
- Support receptionist duties.
- Taking telephone calls and passing info initially to the relevant person, you will be handling the calls and queries as the role progresses
- Working in a team
- Prioritising and changing daily duties in line with the needs of the business
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer and IT literate
