Sales Administration Assistant

**SALES/ADMIN OFFICE ASSISTANT**
**Part Time 25 Hours Monday - Friday**
**Monday - Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm**
**Reporting to Office Manager**:
**We are looking for someone to join our small team who possesses excellent and organisational skills, interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. The ability to multi task is essential and must have an excellent phone manner and IT skills. Must have at least 2 years admin experience.**
**Duties will include but not exhaustive to**:
- **Accurate and timely processing of customer orders onto the in-house computer system.**
- **Production of delivery notes and invoices.**
- **Processing of completed dispatch sheets including sorting, numerically, scanning and filing.**
- **Answering incoming calls within 2 rings.**
- **The creation and amendment of computer records.**
- **Processing customer payments.**
- **Dealing with customer enquiries quickly and efficiently.**
- **Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.**
- **Have excellent customer service.**
- **Provide admin support to the sales staff.**
- **Liaise with warehouse staff, delivery drivers and sales staff.**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
