If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Sales Department. You will provide assistance with day to day activities of sales department to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Log and assign enquiries
- General administration
- Prepare quotations for new and existing clients
- Chase existing quotations to close out all leads
- Produce reports for clients
- Maximise revenue and profit with existing accounts
- Deliver a high level of service to external and internal customers
- Assist in the preparation and creation of documentation for bid submissions
- Assist the Internal & External Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in other areas of the business to satisfy peaks in demand
- Other reasonable requests in line with the needs of the Department and the business

**Qualifications and Experience**

Essential
- Excellent customer service skills and organisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a large workload to ensure all deadlines are met
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, busy environment
- Ambition to succeed and grow in line with the business
- Use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and outlook

Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing and / or administrative role
- Experience using CRM’s ideally CASH for Windows knowledge

This a permanent role we are offering based in our Newcastle office.

You will receive 23 day’s holiday pro-rated excluding bank holidays, with the ability to increase up to 25 days upon 2 years’ service for your recognised continued commitment.

The rate of pay we are offering is wage is £21,673.60 - £25,000 depending on experience, per annum based on a 40-hour week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.08 per hour
