**Service Coordinator**
**Job Location: Primarily home based with occasional travel around South West (particularly Plymouth) and South Wales.**
**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Hours: 21 per week**
**Salary: £26,253 based on 35 hours per week**
**UK manual driving licence is not essential but would be preferable**

Ideally you will be based around Plymouth as you will be joining our South West and South Wales team.
**What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?**
- Overseeing the delivery of the International Family Tracing service, ensuring the people who need us remain the main focus.
- Being responsible for coordinating and delivering quality casework services.
- Training, supporting and coordinating the work of volunteers
- Analysing and reporting on service user's feedback for improving service delivery.
- Maintaining effective administration of day-to-day workload.
**What do you need to be a successful Service Coordinator?**
- Experience of delivering casework with vulnerable people.
- Familiarity with trauma informed practices to ensure our service user's situations are approached appropriately.
- Experience of managing volunteers.
- Being able to provide delicate, safe and empowering support to distressed people in vulnerable situations.
- Great organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with databases and Microsoft Office.
