At Successionwealth, we're seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of Aged Debt records and adhering to our Revenue Recognition Policy. Your responsibilities will include corroborating aged debt within agreed timescales, supporting the team in day-to-day operations, and taking ownership of the Revenue Team. You'll also be responsible for ad hoc tasks delegated by the Revenue Manager and producing Management Information to support finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely Aged Debt records
  • Corroborate aged debt within agreed timescales
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations
  • Take ownership of the Revenue Team
  • Perform ad hoc tasks delegated by the Revenue Manager
  • Produce Management Information to support finance activities

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within Financial Services
  • Experience of people management
  • Ability to handle and interpret numerical data accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
