Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and competent Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Delivery team at Succession Wealth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wealth Planners to deliver exceptional service and outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations.
  • Process new business applications and track them to completion.
  • Coordinate Wealth Planners' diaries and arrange client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation for client appointments and meetings, including annual planning meeting packs.
  • Respond to email enquiries and liaise directly with clients.
  • Send prepared investment information and reports to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Requirements:
  • At least one year's experience in a fast-paced financial services administration role, preferably in client and advisor support.
  • Experience with XPLAN is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
