**Care Coordinator Position**:

- Competitive Salary: £25,000

**Key Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator Role**:

- Act as the primary contact for both prospective and existing Service Users and Care Workers.
- Efficiently manage initial inquiries from potential service users and their families.
- Create staff rosters to ensure the safe delivery of services to clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in service users' care.
- Assist in the recruitment process for new care workers.
- Monitor and conduct supervisions and appraisals for care workers.
- Support the handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure the service complies with the standards set by the CQC.
- Willing to do emergency care calls

**About You**:

- Full UK driving license
- Care experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner.
- Team-oriented individual with the capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Positive and focused attitude to achieve and exceed targets.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
