We are looking for skilled and hardworking domestic cleaners to join our team and provide an effective and professional cleaning service to all clients. As a domestic cleaner, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning tasks to ensure clients' homes are spotless and well-maintained.
- Travel from house to house, following a predetermined schedule, to clean multiple properties within a given timeframe.
- Utilise your own vehicle and possess a valid driving license to commute to clients' locations.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' specific cleaning needs and requests to provide personalized service.
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for clients by maintaining a friendly and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Handle and use cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of time spent and tasks completed for each client visit.
- Communicate any issues or concerns related to cleaning tasks, scheduling, or client preferences to the office promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent and reliable service.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and personal belongings.
- Embrace and follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Attend company training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

**In addition to these responsibilities, we will provide all the necessary cleaning equipment and chemicals. You will be employed and contracted under Ashford Cleaners Ltd.**

To be considered for this position, the following requirements are needed: a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle, ability to travel to remote locations, a DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one), the right to work in the UK, and the installation of our mobile app (Android or iPhone) with a data connection.

We offer flexible working hours of 8 to 25 hours per week, with most shifts consisting of 2-6 hours of cleaning per day. The majority of our clients are booked for regular weekly or fortnightly cleans, allowing you to build strong relationships with them. Our aim is to keep you with the same recurring clients whenever possible.
