**Temp Administrator - 3 months - Glasgow G1 - £21K**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team environment
- Great customer service skills
- General administration experience
- Driven and motivated to work towards your Pensions Qualifications
- You have a higher maths qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

**What is the day to day like?**
- Upload sales information and client bank account details to client account
- Contacting solicitors for confirmation of sales
- Issue welcome packs and float invoices to new homeowners as required
- Confirm sale price for retirement properties with solicitor, liaise with Finance to produce an invoice and ensure payment is received
- Running weekly/quarterly reports
- Identifying late sales and amending the welcome pack wording as required eg, to advise the option of a payment plan if there is a build-up of charges

HRC Recruitment acts as both and employment business and employment agency.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
