Working with a friendly and busy team your role will be varied and include the following duties
- Answering calls from clients and tenants
- Resolving queries
- Assigning contractors to specific jobs
- Allocating and schedules engineers
- Update scheduling systems with new jobs
- Liaise with the contractors to understand lead times for job completion
- Contacting clients to give update of work progress
- Attending sites
- Property administration
- Ensuring all clients properties are complaint with paperwork
- General office administration

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Previous property, housing or facilities management experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and confident to make decisions
- Excellent IT/Administration skills
- Have a organised, methodical way of working
- Be a great team player
- Enjoy being busy
- Keen to learn
