Move Coordinator

Join our dynamic Move Coordination team at Johnsons 1871 and be part of an exciting phase in our departments development. As a Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of our team to meet evolving business demands.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take charge of the post-sales booking process across the entire company. This key position requires a confident and organised planner who excels at retaining information, prioritising tasks, and adeptly handling challenges by confidently escalating issues.

**Responsibilties**:
- Efficient Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule, input data, and plan resources for bookings.
- Maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness through margin interrogation.
- Drive cost savings via strategic backloading and optimal load planning.
- Monitoring & Delivery Coordination:
- Monitor job progress for on-time delivery.
- Investigate booking specifics for clear operational instructions.
- Coordinate work, resources, and vehicles for efficient delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and client SLA’s.
- Communication & Relationship Management:
- Liaise across departments for accurate information.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Direct communication with clients and third parties.
- Accurately document client reports in the CRM system.
- Administrative Support & Solutions:
- Complete pre-move calls and assist with admin requests.
- Escalate scheduling issues to the Manager.
- Provide account management support.
